Ready-to-ship orders can be cancelled or modified within 24 hours. Custom and bespoke orders cannot be cancelled once production has begun. Contact orders@dgemz.com immediately.

Yes, we offer no-cost EMI on select credit cards for orders above ₹25,000. Available tenures and participating banks are shown at checkout.

All transactions are encrypted and processed by Stripe, a PCI DSS Level 1 certified payment processor. We never store your card details on our servers.

Custom rings typically take 3–4 weeks. Complex bespoke designs or pieces with rare stones may take 6–8 weeks.

Yes — complimentary engraving on all rings. Maximum 30 characters. Add your text during the ring builder or checkout process.

Yes. All our diamonds are certified by GIA, IGI, or AGS. Each certificate details the stone's cut, colour, clarity, and carat weight.

Yes. We offer both natural and lab-grown diamonds. Lab-grown diamonds are chemically, physically, and optically identical to natural diamonds.

We recommend prioritising cut above all other factors. For most engagement rings: Excellent cut, G–H colour, VS1–VS2 clarity as a balanced starting point.

We specialise in blue, pink, yellow, and green sapphires, rubies, and emeralds. We also work with aquamarine, morganite, tourmaline, and other precious stones on request.

Yes. We offer virtual consultations where our gemologist will show you the exact stone on video call. Mumbai customers can visit in person by appointment.

Yes, we ship to all major cities and towns across India via insured courier. Free overnight shipping on all orders above ₹10,000.

Yes, we ship to the US, UK, UAE, Singapore, Australia, and Canada via FedEx or DHL. Delivery takes 5–10 business days.

Every piece is presented in our signature D Gemz gift box with a care card and certificate of authenticity. Outer packaging is discreet and tamper-evident.

Once dispatched, you will receive an email with your tracking number. You can also view order status in your account under Order History.

All orders are fully insured. Contact us within 48 hours of the expected delivery date at orders@dgemz.com and we will resolve it promptly.

Ready-to-ship items may be returned within 15 days of delivery for a full refund, provided they are unworn and in original condition. Custom pieces are non-refundable.

Yes, complimentary ring resizing within 60 days of purchase. For different styles, follow the standard return process and place a new order.

Yes — complimentary cleaning and inspection for all D Gemz pieces. We recommend doing this annually. We arrange insured pickup.

18k gold is excellent for everyday wear — more durable than 22k or 24k due to its alloy content. Platinum is the most durable and ideal for daily-wear rings.
