Custom Jewelry Orders
Custom jewelry orders are subject to our design process and specifications outlined during consultation. Once you approve the final design and place your order, modifications may incur additional charges or delays. Custom pieces are made to order and generally non-returnable unless defective. A 50% deposit is required to begin custom order production.
Gemstone Certifications
All diamonds and gemstones come with certifications from recognized grading laboratories. These certifications document the characteristics of the stone at the time of grading. We recommend having valuable pieces re-evaluated periodically. We are not responsible for discrepancies between our descriptions and third-party certifications.

Dispute Resolution
